The Wholeness Place supports the whole woman through three kinds of care: Body Work, Mind Work, and Soul Work.
Body Work is for what you're carrying. Therapeutic massage designed to release tension, ease stress, and calm your nervous system. Choose from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Prenatal and Postnatal, or Himalayan Salt Hot Stone Massage.
Mind Work is for when you need to think it through. A one-on-one working session with a grounded thinking partner. Whether you're facing a decision, a transition, or a mental load that's gotten too heavy to sort alone, each session is tailored to you, and you leave with a clear next step.
Soul Work is for when you're done thinking. This is not a talking session. Through guided breathing, stillness, sound, gentle movement, and deep rest, you put everything down and come back to yourself. You leave quieter than you came.
Wellness isn't one size fits all, and you don't have to figure out what kind of help you need before you arrive. A short intake before your first session helps me understand what you're carrying, so every session is shaped around one woman: you.
-
Gentle, collaborative, and shaped entirely around you. You'll be met exactly where you are, without judgment, pressure, or anything to perform. You don't need to arrive with the right words or a plan. That's my job.
Some women come for relief from pain and tension. Some come to think through a decision or a season of change. Some come because they're depleted and need to put everything down for an hour. Whatever brings you in, every session is built to help you leave more grounded, more rested, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
This is your hour. You set the pace, and you'll never be rushed through it.
-
Three things.
First, over twenty years of experience holding people. Before this practice, I spent more than two decades in education as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. I know what it looks like when someone has been carrying too much for too long, because I spent twenty years watching it and living it. That experience is in every session.
Second, this work centers on regulation, not quick relaxation. A pleasant hour is easy to find. What's harder to find is care that actually helps your nervous system release what it's been holding, in a way that lasts beyond the drive home. That's the work here.
Third, you're not a service on a menu. Body, mind, and soul are cared for in one place, by one person who knows your story. Healing here isn't about fixing what's wrong with you. It's about creating the space for you to reconnect with what was whole all along.

It's simple. Choose your session on the booking page and pick a time that works for you. Body Work if you know your body needs care, Mind Work if you have something to think through, Soul Work if you're simply depleted. And if you're not sure which one, choose what pulls at you. The intake will tell me the rest.
Before your first session, you'll complete a short intake form. It helps me understand what you're carrying, what you need, and a little about your world, so your session is shaped around you before you ever walk in.
From there, your only job is to show up. Everything else is already prepared for you.
-
Sessions are priced individually by type and length, with 60 and 90 minute options for each. Body Work sessions begin at $130, Soul Work sessions begin at $135, and Mind Work sessions begin at $145. In-home and outdoor Soul Work sessions are priced as a premium experience, since I bring everything to you and set the space myself. Current rates for every session are on the booking page.
For deeper support, monthly Mind Work membership is available, and wellness packages and seasonal offerings are shared throughout the year. Joining the email list is the best way to hear about those first.
Whatever you choose, there are no surprises. The price you see when you book is the price, and your intake and session shaping are always included.

Booking is simple.
Everything is booked online through the booking page. Choose your session and time, complete the short intake, and you're set.
If you're not sure which session to choose, pick the one that feels closest. Your intake tells me what you're carrying and what you need, so the session that happens in the room is always shaped around you, not the button you clicked.
Still have questions before booking? Reach out through the Contact page. I'm happy to help you find the right fit.

There's nothing to prepare. Come as you are.
If it helps to know: drink some water beforehand, wear whatever feels comfortable, and if you can, give yourself a few unhurried minutes before we begin instead of arriving straight from the rush. Your session will meet you either way.
The intake you completed already told me what I need to know. So there's no homework, no right way to show up, and nothing to get right. Arriving is the whole assignment.

Yes, in two ways.
Soul Work is built to come to you. Sessions are held in your own home or outdoors in nature, because the deepest rest happens where you already feel safe. In-home availability and any travel considerations are confirmed when you book.
Body Work is also available as a mobile experience for special events and gatherings, bringing restorative care to bridal parties, retreats, mama circles, and celebrations. Reach out through the Contact page to plan one.

Life happens, and I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice so your time can be offered to another woman who's waiting.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are subject to a cancellation fee. For in-home and outdoor Soul Work sessions, this matters even more, since your session includes travel and preparation time reserved just for you.
Need to move your appointment? The sooner you reach out, the easier it is, and rescheduling with notice never carries a fee.

Yes.
New clients receive 20% off their first session as a welcome to The Wholeness Place.
Your first visit is a chance to experience the work, ask anything you'd like, and discover which kind of support fits you best, whether that's Body Work, Mind Work, or Soul Work. And since the welcome applies to any of the three, you can start wherever the pull is strongest.
The discount is applied when you book your first session. Come see what it feels like to have an hour that belongs entirely to you..

Yes, and it's my favorite one to honor. The greatest compliment you can give is trusting me with someone you care about.
When you refer a friend, she receives $20 off her first session, and you receive $20 off your next one as a thank you. There's no limit to how many referral credits you can earn, so keep sending the women you love.
Just have your friend mention your name when she books, and both credits are applied automatically.
